The Journey so Far

Generational Theory
A quick online search will give you a plethora of traits that can be pinned to the different generations. Some of it is generalisation, but can be useful in analysis. Knowing the traits is not enough. To foster growth we must dig deeper and discover the underlying values which drive a persons motive in conjunction with other factors. Here is where we tell what we ARE NOT more than what we are.
Life coaches, executive coaches, psychologists and conventional mentors all already exist and are great at what they do. We will never attempt to replace those people in your life. In fact, we work with coaches and the like as it is complimentary to our approach. Through COMENSA and our network of professionals we will gladly recommend someone in those fields should you feel that it will add value to your journey.

We are also bound not only by our own values, but also the COMENSA code of ethics, to refer you to the appropriate professional where necessary.

What we do is non-prescriptive. We share our experiences in hope that they will help you. We take your experiences and look at them as an engineer would a technical problem...holistically, systematically and with further research when needed. Not research of generalised phenomena, but research then applied to your context, in order to work toward YOUR desired outcome. All this against a backdrop of humanism, balanced with the reality of society as it is.
